Where I work
Yunnan is home and the primary focus — Dali, the old towns and villages, tea mountains and the Tibetan borderlands. Selected regions of China, and wider Inner Asia along the Silk Roads, where my experience is relevant.
What a journey can include
Markets and kitchens, temples and monasteries, tea and craft traditions, mountain walks, and conversations with the people who keep these traditions alive — each read against the history that shaped them.
How an itinerary is developed
We start with a conversation about your interests, dates and travel style. I then draft a route, revise it with you, and confirm the details once it feels right.
Guiding and practical arrangements
I design the journey and guide it personally. Where transport, accommodation or permits are needed, we discuss together how these are arranged.
How pricing works
There are no fixed package prices. Each quotation is prepared for the specific journey — length, group size, season and arrangements — and explained line by line.
